Exciting things have happened at
Henry Day Ford. Since we have built a new dealership our sales are
growing and so is our staff!
This is not a typical sales job as
our store does not negotiate the price of the vehicles with the guests.
We believe in giving everyone the best price right up front. Sales at our
dealership is about talking with our guests, finding their needs and then
finding the vehicle that is right for them. Sales at our dealership are
NOT about hours of grinding with guests over a few hundred dollars of
price. We provide lots of training, so experience is not necessary.

Compensation:
Because we do not negotiate deals,
we do not have any mini commissions. At our store your pay is based off
of volume and customer satisfaction. The average sales person after one
year in the business earns about $75,000 or more (their Christmas bonus alone
is over $6000!) Our top sales people earn 8-10k per month.
